2. Warranty Coverage

We guarantee that all products are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, quantity, and quality. The warranty applies to defects arising from production, processing, or packaging.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies depending on product type and storage conditions and is specified in the relevant contract, order, or mutual agreement.

4. Warranty Conditions

Products are eligible for warranty consideration if:

  • They are still within the agreed warranty period.

  • They have been stored and transported in compliance with technical and storage requirements.

  • Defects are not caused by external factors, misuse, or improper storage.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper transportation after handover to the carrier as agreed.
